Job Title: Sr. IT Consultant

Geographic Area: Unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.

Days/Hours of Work: 40 hrs per week. (8:30 am to 5:30 pm M-F).

Duties: Study, understand and analyze the requirements of business stakeholders and clients regarding various IT infrastructure & its integration with the Enterprise IT applications. Plan, budget, manage & execute IT projects involving procurement, installation, management, delivery, maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure consisting of a large number of Linux/Windows servers, LAN/WAN network circuits supporting voice & data. Interface and manage external vendors of IT equipment and software to ensure on-time, within budget delivery of projects. Perform risk management & disaster recovery planning, risk identification and mitigation to ensure 24X7 availability of IT resources for smooth functioning of clients’ business operations.

Tools and Technologies: MS-Project, MS-Visio, Jira, Agile, Scrum, MS-Office

Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field and 2 years of experience in Computer Software Development and or consulting. Will accept a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR 3 years of University/College and 6 years of experience in lieu.
